mounjaro day 11

I am doing 48 hour fast so far so good, one thing I realized mounjaro slow down my digestion a lot, thats why I do these fast, it's not like I am pushing myself, although I feel the hunger, so far I lost only 5kg, which may look big but basically 105 to 100 is not big for me, I was 85kg 4 years ago, my target is there in 6 months .
