I went for 10k walks in the weekend and did not have any energy problem, did not eat on 16 Aug then I ate in Sunday 17 Aug.
- Rice + Kale + Yogurt then cake
I ate a lot but I did not really was that hungry, I was thinking to clean the fridge. cake was about to expire too. After heavy meal felt sleepy as usual. Next time I should avoid too much cake.
I am writing this in 18 Aug Monday morning, I have no hunger. I think I can keep fasting until Friday or Wednesday. let`s see
