mounjaro day 6

I haven't eaten around 67 hours and I am feeling pretty good, like I said after 48 hours I started another 48 hours of fast and come this far, I am hungry but I am holding.

the hunger comes and goes, I used to eat after this much hunger and I am above 100kg, I really don't need food my BMI is 35 meaning severe obese. 

today I will break my fast at lunch and then go for 90 hours fast, also I had a headache yesterday, so I drank some tomato juice to get some sodium. I am drinking 3 liters of water everyday. hunger comes and goes every day but I don't start eating, and this is happening on mounjaro 2.5mg
